I hardly eat anything..veggies and lowest sugar fruits..no meat ...yes it did help...I was pretty much COMPLETELY bedridden before I changed my diet. I starve daily just to be able to move at all. I haven't had bread in years, for example.

time to move before its too late. Lots of jobs with breaks and higher pay if you are willing.

Self medicate with what exactly? Most alternative medicine/ herbs are ILLEGAL in Alabama including marijuana. I don't care for mj anyway , honestly but it's wrong people here can't use it legally if it does help them.

Whole west coast is full of 20+ dollar no experience jobs. Guessing most of the east is too. My company has 40 openings and been that way for 2 years. lol


Buy a gym membership and sleep in your car if you have too. Until you get a few pay checks then get an apartment.

So I bust my ass , first day on the job...seven and a half hours of hustling non stop ...running back and forth...not one break. Then I read online that the state of Alabama isn't required to give their employees ANY breaks at all...they could legally work you to death...why am I not surprised? I considered myself a conservative before I moved to this state...let me tell you, church going people ( which is mostly what's here besides the big cities) will stab you in the back before anyone else...the owner is a Christian..all evening I had to tip toe thru puddles of water on the floors...the dishwasher literally took the sprayer hose for dishes and sprayed the floor...I was so afraid I'd slip and fall..I kept thinking someone would mop but nobody ever did..if I fall I'm done...I have a bad back and knee that pops in and out. Alabama Medicaid is a goddamn joke. I can't get pain meds... although I'm older with a lot of pain issues ...if you're poor in Alabama, youre fucked. Hospitals don't even have to take you at e.r.s they are legally allowed to let you die outside emergency rooms if you have no insurance but let me tell you, Medicaid here is just as bad...not even ANY doctor in my county that takes it and my vehicle can't make it further ...bottom line..if you want to be treated like shit because you don't have money and have health issues, come to Alabama...oh and after you work 35 hours a week a few weeks, they take your Medicaid anyway, even if you make minimum wage. Either way you are fucked. It's ILLEGAL TO BE POOR IN AMERICA.

This is a huge problem with society today. People get jaded by one person, and/or a small group of people and/or a collection of experiences.. and they assume all people who they see to see of the same group are also of the same character.

There are some good ones but it's about 80% chaff 20% wheat.
