Heart problem. Went through a silver spiral cord toward a bright light. As I was floating upwards, I turned to look at my body lying in the hospital bed. ‘I’ was in a bubble with my eyes. When I got to the light I heard a man’s deep voice say, It’s not time…and bang. I was back in my body. From that experience, I know there is life after death of this physical body. This experience happened after I had been given the last rites. Something I never forgot. Forty years ago. All communication was telepathic.

I did not go through any tunnel.

I did not meet any spirit guide.

My soul left my body, it shot at light speed into the cosmos.

I intuitively knew where I was heading, out of this solar system, far beyond, I wasn’t ready, I knew instinctively I wasn’t ready I didn’t want to leave it wasn’t my time.

I communed with the creator, on that soul level you cannot give words too, asked to be allowed back to earth.

I was thrust even faster back down into my body, like being pushed aggressively back.

No white light, no hell, def a higher power God being, but way up into space, I’m from somewhere else.

I suffered a post partum haemorrhage 14 years ago giving birth to my stillborn daughter at home. I lost 6 pints of blood and lost consciousness. I was panicking inside and thinking OMG I've stopped breathing. I heard the most beautiful woman's voice. She said "ssh it's okay you don't need to anymore". I felt the most amazing sense of joy and peace I have ever felt. I was looking down at my husband on his knees by the side of the bath and my Mum was holding my sleeping daughter in her hands. I felt no longing towards any of them. Instead I felt like a ball of pure energy. I felt real freedom. I remember waking up after a three hour surgery. For months I felt like an anchor had been placed around my neck. I felt trapped in my body. From that day on I have never once feared death. Before that I was terrified. I have viewed my body as a mere container for my soul ever since.

I did past life regression meditation where I was a big wig in Greece and someone wanted to meet me to talk and I was looking over the cliff waiting for them to show up and I felt a foot on my back and then I went over the cliff and I tried to grab something but then I knew I couldn’t and that the rocks in the ocean would kill me and I flew out of my body into a bliss state and woke up.

I've had several and don't recommend them

I had a severe brain infection and was in a coma for weeks.

I just had very odd dreams that I learned included bits and pieces of what was happening in the ICU.

I had very similar moments back in 1986. There were other things I wont go into, but I did experience the underlined the same as you.

Almost ran over by a speeding camper. Mother saved mylife by holding onto my neck inches from my face it went through a red life.

Later in life a medical ambulance almost ran me over going to a dead meth head.

Almost drown mother saved me at 3. I blacked out during this instance under the water.

Had a fever of 105-106 at 1-2 years of age.

that's about it enough times than I'd care to to be honest. Oh and at college I had a temp of 104 got snowed in for 7 days and didn't have the strength to get up to call for an ambulance and my friend visited by the grace of god because she didn't know where I was and pretty much saved my life again.

We're all here because of people that gave a shit about us.

Woke up in the Morgue at the hospital, took me forever to get the sheet off my face only to scare the living crap outa the attendant.. Damn it's cold in the morgue. Just visited some folk in the light who wanted me to go with them, very peaceful but decided to return. Head on collision at 75mph. ugg

I'm a mortician, you can bet your life that my soul would've left my body the moment you pulled the sheet from your face.

Some decades ago, took some wrong pill from an not reputable source thinking it was xtc but it wasn't

Collapsed and rose up 30ft to a church wall nearby, my eye was in front of the wall on that height

I was no church fan

Stone of the church kind of dematerialized locally before my eye, and as I went through it I told someone to grab my hand right now

Someone did and I came back immediately

That was a real close one

This thread is the tiniest of fragments of proof that this life is the worst possible part of existence.

I've been living a Christian life for 10 years.

In Jan. 2022 I had a UTI that I thought was not that bad.
It went sepsis on me and I had to go to the ER.

When I got there, I told them 'my whole body is heating up'
and asked them to take me right away. IT FELT SO HOT!!!

They said 'take a seat'. So I did, but never made it.
I had a seizer and a heart attack along with the sepsis.

They said in a report 'patient had to be revived' which
means I died.

I saw nothing. Everything went dark. It was "lights out"
and then I woke up with them peeling these things off
my chest that they use when they have to shock you.
Wrapped me up and said 'you're going for a ride'.
Got there, and came to in the ICU with my ex-wife
looking down at me.


NEVER.SAW.A.THING. The Bible says we sleep, I believe this
is the truth. I'm not sure what all these people see that
say they have these experiences. When I asked someone,
they believe that God gives each person what they
need to go on living, some see things, others don't need to.

It just depends on what your path is and what God wants
you to do...

Happened in 88’.

Never heard of the term back then and the only symptom known back then in popular culture was “the light”. Which I never saw.

So I kept my story to myself and wrote it off as a disturbing wakeful dream.


Fast forward 30 years and I was listening to someone else’s and they described scene for scene what had happened to me.

Then I found out the Egyptians wrote all about and the 7-10 main symptoms that go with them.

Then someone tried to show me that science has addressed most of the symptoms as part of a dying brain.


Except for the biggest symptom of all.

No one can explain why recently deceased loved ones communicate with the recently arrived.




I can tell you this. There is something after body death. And it’s all already within you. As soon as you leave here, it feels like home x 1000. And you’re wrapped in a blanket of love. And all of those that know your soul are there to greet you. They allow you to know, by face, the ones you knew in this life. But there are others, and they make it known that you were with them at some other point in time, so they don’t reveal a face to your mind but they reveal they know you and love you.

They all made it clear, if I cross the boundary, I have to stay. And I wanted to with everything I am. And they still stopped me. Told me my work and experiences aren’t complete. And that I’ll be back. And that was it.

I didn't. However, when I was a paramedic we were coding a guy. It was me, my partner, and three volunteer firefighters. I had already intubated the guy and one of the firefighters was bagging the guy while I was getting ready to drop Epi down the tube.

I turned around and the guy had stopped bagging and was just staring at the back of the ambulance. I yelled at him to bag and he pointed the rest of us looked at the back of the ambulance all at once.

And there, looking through the glass, was the man we were working on.

A friend of mine told me the same.
