Vyacheslav Gladkov, governor of the region, appealed to civilians who have weapons. They are not recommended to engage in combat with saboteurs, if the latter enter the territory of the region. The fight against sabotage and reconnaissance groups must be led by professional military.

Gladkov reminds that hunters may mistakenly open fire at the Rosgvardia or the Armed Forces if they do not see military uniforms.
