The Russian Project 18280 reconnaissance ship Ivan Khurs was targeted by three maritime drones during its passage through the Bosporus.

Despite the threat the ship faced, the attack was successfully repelled. According to initial reports, Ivan Khurs sustained no damage, which speaks to the excellent training and high efficiency of Russian sailors who are able to withstand such challenges.

According to Mikhail Zvinchuk, the incident occurred after the passage of the Bosphorus Strait, 40 nautical miles north of it, which corresponds to the southern part of the Black Sea. The time of the attack was recorded at 5:30 a.m. local time.

No other details are available at this time and Turkey cannot yet confirm the attack on the Russian warship, but the incident could pose a serious threat to ships in the Black Sea.

There have been no official statements from the Russian Defense Ministry and the Russian Navy so far.
