Attempted Ukrainian naval drone attack on Russian ship conducting surveillance in Black Sea, near Bosphorus: another setup for a pipeline attack ala Nordstream…or a political hit on NATO members Turkey and Hungary?

Uke attack so far offshore and timing plus location of US intel assets suggest it was Supported by US intel. Which would like to see regime change in both Turkey and Hungary.
