I think these really accurate ones are done with krasnopol laser guided artillery shells, the drone shoots a laser at the target and the shell homes in on it. [ link to www.military-today.com] they do cost a lot more than the dumb artillery so they arent used as much though, but still a bargain if it takes out a million dollar piece of equipment/troops "A single Krasnopol shell costs around $35 000. That's significantly less that the cost of a single US GPS-guided Excalibur. Although the Excalibur has nearly twice the range and is more reliable."
