Contrary to the fact that Russia is an interested country in the investigation of several explosions at the Nord Stream-2 gas pipelines, it has become known that Denmark has directly refused to allow Russia to participate in the investigation of what happened. There has been no clarification from the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in this regard, but it is more than likely that this may be an attempt to conceal any important circumstances, since the explosions themselves took place right next to Danish territorial waters.

Despite the fact that an important circumstance is the fact that another object has been discovered on the Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines, which may well be an explosive device, Denmark has noted that it has no plans to engage in any cooperation with the Russian side.

"Denmark has said it will not give Russia permission to take part in the investigation of explosions at the Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 pipelines." Denmark's position was confirmed by Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen at a press briefing on Thursday. "The rule of law prevails in Denmark, Sweden and Germany, and our investigations can be trusted," Rasmussen said," The Local reported.

Russia has so far not responded to Denmark's principled stance.
