They were detained for a couple of hours and given a small fine. Rallies are not banned, but they are coordinated - place and time. This rally was organized by the opposition, and it was not sanctioned, for which there is ADMINISTRATIVE responsibility - a fine. fuck. think what you want. we don't care. But you will not cause any more disturbances in our country. especially during wartime.
