Can a traumatized brain ever go back to normal?

i hit myself in the head last week and I aint been the same.

what to do after brain trauma?

esp coz I aint goin to no doctor.

Fuck all doctors in this world.

Even piece of shit Naturopaths.

My blood will be on everyone's hands.

Also I hit myself in the pituitary.

So, for all those that say "the body doesn't matter" bla bla bla.

there may be a way with uhh raw foods, but this world doesn't allow you to.

So no, this world is full of evil, and God will punish you for having trauma to the brain.

The brain is plastic, so yes, change can happen. It, however, takes lots of work and dedication (and encouragement when your never fails.)
Physically speaking, I know a girl that wrecked her car and was dead for a unknown amount of time when rescue arrived. After several years, she can walk with assistance and graduated high school and is in college. Had to learn to talk, write, dress/feed herself, everything.

I’d rather have a bottle in front of me than to have to have a frontal lobotomy….

The brian isn't PLASTIC.

The best anyone can do is to accept what you are now as the "new" normal. But that does not mean that you cannot try to improve your function to another "new" normal.

Like any other injury, it takes time to get used to the loss of function. It take time to slowly improve function through exercising the mind and sensor organs.

But you can never stop trying. The improvement changes will be subtle and not noticeable on the short term. That is why Brain trauma is a constant effort to regain what you feel is a comfortable 'normal.

Just time and working the problem. The brain is slow to change, and subsequently, so can the mind. Years of work.

Keep fighting and never give up.

You have to become healthy

Not skinny. Starving yourself will not make you healthy.

Healthy...you want to make sure you don't have any infections in your body. Then you want do find the cleanest best source of water you can find.....and drink a gallon of it daily for 6 months straight. No fluoride for fucks sake.


Then you eat the best most well rounded foods you can find.


You can fast.. just don't do it to lose weight. You will but that's not the reason to do so.



All in all you need to give your body and thus,your brain what it needs to repair.

And you need to do this in an environment free if triggers....


And avoid things that make you feel shame..
Shame is a downward spiral to other feelings that need to be avoided.


But yes....very hard in today's world...

Trauma to the brain? Like sun arachnoid hemorrhage or subdural, etc? Once blood reaches brain tissue, that part of the brain is literally dead. If you’re asking a question about emotions, yes, of course you can get back to a more normal version of yourself but you may need help getting there.

I dont think so......On the 27th May 2014 my wife Denise went from an outgoing vivacious keep fit instructor she was very fit attractive funny full of life full of confidence..........and she had a big big following as all her classes were to capacity, she was self employed and made good earnings she was on £25 per hour.
We had 2 kids Rachel born 29th September 85 and Phillip born 27th November 1988............Phillip had multiple health issues he had a congenital heart disease, and he suffered grand mal epliepsy which had really unusual side effects which caused stroke like symptoms. In 1990 he had a fit so severe he died for some minutes and was brought from deaths door with difibrulator use ...... through school he had behavioural problems destructive behaviour we was a real handful, by the time he was 20, what a change he was at college training to be a welder, he passed his driving test and at 23 he wanted his own place. He got a bungalow he had 2 dogs his home was always clean, and he was beginning to flourish. He still had the odd trip over like he wrote his car off, smashed a neighbours windows with an air rifle, but his centile was at about 18 years age when he was 25.

11.20am 27/05/14 Denise rang ...I answered....Phills dead Dave Phills dead, who told you that I answered his neighbour went in to see why he wasnt awake and he is dead in bed, I'm trying to drive home but I cant reverse the car (all the time Denises voice is frantic)...hell we both were. This man said he'd drive me home in my car if we can take him back to the car park at Total Fitness she was sobbing...ok I said, this lovely young lad whose name I never got nor ever got a chance to thank brought Denise home, after dropping this good samaritan off we drove to Phillips home some 45 miles away, his sister was there, and there he was just laid peaceful in bed and the dogs were all skulking about they knew something was wrong, the Police turned up to make sure there was no foul play, the police officer again a young lad no older than Phillip, was very professional, when we got back home after Phillips body had been taken to the morgue by the coroner now 8pm. Denise fell to pieces a total acute nervous and mental breakdown and she suffered panic attacks and to this day despite drugs, therapy and counselling, is a shell of who she was, it has been over eight years now and I see no light at the end of the tunnel....I dare not laugh or seem like I am enjoying myself because she kicks off, and as much as myself and my daughter try, we are on a knofe edge all the time ...I am struggling with bad health myself due to an industrial injury which disabled me for life, so I live her life, because we are under the same roof, but at the same time I take some absolute grief.

so sorry about the wall of text make good bedtime reading but in my humble experience the brain is broken forever.

I am of the theory that the brain can rewire itself, yes.
To what extent science can enhance this process I don't know.

Im not sayin anyone shd take my advice but fuck emotions.

I'm already dead.

I may have even killed myself in aonther life and this is the reincarnation i have to deal with for having "killed myself"
