They're trying to take out the way back machine/internet archive

it's often a tool to out the various "intelligence arms" of the various governments when they try to flip a script or tell you how things are now.

china is the biggest hater of the archive and soon as colleges got word of it, they have all volunteered to backup its data on internet2.

this was years ago.

The case has been going on for a copy years now. Copyright holders are pissed about how they were granting unlimited access to books.

They want to take it down and erase history.

Better get backups of everything before they nuke it all.

They're really good at scrubbing the web now. Only thing stopping them are saved copies.

Yes they are good at it, sadly. Almost all my bookmarks for random natural cures are gone.

I now screenshot everything.

How much longer before they don't allow screenshots???

Soon they will cancel that.

I will just use my camera and take a pic of the screen.... OLD SCHOOL

Won't be able to share online but I can show them to people around me.
