I think they'll be lucky if 25% of reservists actually answer that draft call, but let's wait and see.

On a side note, 25% is the percentage of reserve officers that showed up the last time I got a call from the military, over here, in Serbia... when I was assigned my war post as second-in-command of the information/communication center assigned to the President and the Government of Serbia (just to put this info in the right perspective).

I can assure you that I won't answer my next call (especially if WW III breaks out) until I have some strong guarantees that everybody in the U.S. "embassy"/CIA outpost in Belgrade has been killed... and, by 'strong guarantees', I means literal corpses of U.S. "embassy" employees lying on the street, shown on the state TV, and with all the gruesome details.

I'd rather die standing my ground in the place of my own choosing, like my home, than be shipped off (by the CIA's psychopathic/psychotic/moronic puppets in power in Serbia, starting with our "president", Aleksandar Vucic) to fight Russians, or something.
