Not acting back in 2014 when he and the World saw what was unfolding in Ukraine with Nuland handing out Cookies during Maidan. Waiting 8 years for Ukraine military to be significantly modernised, and second biggest in Europe before attacking. Then invading with a SMO (Special Military operation).With no clear objectives. It made no sense. US/NATO wanted to turn Ukraine in to Afghanistan 2.0.And Putin was fighting the war US/NATO wanted. Maybe he was in denial.
