That is a decent product and lysine is a great anti viral.

Someone who is at day 10 like Phenn is needs more Vit C than that though. She should be taking a couple grams 2-3x day.

Problem with C is it chelates some necessary minerals and makes them unavailable. So it needs to be taken at least 2 hours before or after taking a multi-mineral supplement that is MOST crucial to those debilitated by a week plus fight with viral infection.

We stay on 'horse paste'. Even at that, I take 10,000IU vitamin D3 5 or 6 times each week, eat very little sugars and no processed foods.

We cook with garlic and ginger A LOT, eat tons of apples (natural quecertin) and take quecertin, too... along with all the regular vitamins. Use mineral sea salt, take various amino acids.


I'm in my late 60's... the only one in my family who hasn't gotten it. Sure doesn't mean I don't believe I won't get it.

There's a protocol I made up from studies I'd read that really helped my dear friend on dialysis who got it.

4 X a day - rinse/gargle with Mouthwash which has Cetypyridium Chloride (many have it, many do not... I believe some Listerine and some Scope do, I use an off brand).

4 X a day - Sniffle with salty water.. use a neti pot if that's your thing.

Take an initial dose of 50,000 IU vitamin D3

Take Benadryl with milk. (weird, I know... look it up)

This stops it from getting past the nose and mouth, which is always how it gets into your body. Some people say eyes also, whatever.

You've got to stop it from replicating inside your body, my family members and neighbor had great success with ivermectin. Ivermectin has a better safety rating than tylenol.

I am now recovering from it second time in 2 months,this time is much much worse,the first time I had a day and a half of really bad symptoms,now I am in sixth day of bad symptoms with this bout,I fear that eveytime you get it the symptoms are twice as bad,next time it will kill me if thats the case,though I have nothing to base that on.But its no joke thats for sure.

Take a few tablespoons of coconut oil a day. Will give you some calories and is good for healing the body and even the brain. A few tablespoons of olive oil will help also. You can even put the oils in apple cider drinks with honey and cayenne pepper a few times a day. Start with a small amount of pepper if you aren’t use to it. Eat some garlic with bread or crackers. Have some peanut butter also. If food tastes bad just hold your nose but eat something.

The consensus here is, that it is real. But Covid is just a tool, not the main problem itself.

Is this the archaic Alpha variant or a new more symptomatic variant? The loss of taste and smell hasn't been associated with current infections at all.

Hey Phenn some phones have built in sensors to check your 02 levels and other health related functions (heart rate and so on)... I know the Galaxy s10 does...the newer models have scrapped the sensors so they can include them in their smart watch offerings. I found the phone sensor more reliable than the 02 finer meter I bought off Amazon. Jus lein you know in case you hae the right phone or already have a smar wach

Over the wknd I couldn't even get up to use the bathroom. The dizziness n fog I was in.....the fever came in waves.

That was my experience, as well. No HCQ, took quercitin in place of it with zinc. No antibiotics, but daily ivermectin from the very beginning. Famatodine with Benadryl and lactoferrin, as well. Only had mild fever on first day. Felt crappy, like a bad cold, but pretty much fine after the 4th day.

You have to catch and treat it early.
