People need to keep ivermectin on hand and take vitamin D supplements every day, it's a first line of defense.

Other than that, if you don't have ivermectin you can take
hydroxychloroquine + zinc
Quercetin + zinc
or if you can't get either of those use green tea extract + zinc

The common denominator above is clearly zinc.
