grind up

make tea with about 3 - 4 table spoons of power in a tea kettle

bring kettle to boil FIRST then add powder then REDUCE to simmer for 15 mins or so.. don't overheat it

filter through your coffee pot filter or something like that

drink 1 cup with a table spoon or two of Manuka Honey in it..
