I’m old..
No vax…. Never.. thanks…
Got Covid 2 months ago.
2nd time for me and it was worse this round.
1st time was like a bad cold..
This one Knocked me down hard for 4 days…
10 days to return to some normalcy…
a month before my strength returned…
No meds..
Tons of fluids…
Tons of rest..
Tons of fruit..
Hope you recover fully soon.

Fruit was about the only thing that I could stomach.. And me body just seemed to crave it.. Maybe some toast and oatmeal.. It does suck… We think my daughter brought it into the home and I am a great receiver. Never drop a pass.. lol I am just relieved my wife did not catch it as she is immune compromised to begin with (crohns).
