Detox as much as you can.

I also put a little hydrogen peroxide in my diffuser and would breathe that in periodically. Added it to the water. Maybe a tablespoon. Breathed in warm air from my hairdryer to help my lungs also. Some people will put salt in boiling water and put a towel over the head and breathe that in. Salt is awesome for the lungs. Always wanted to go to a salt cave for treatments.
