I had COVID recently, and it wasn’t so bad. A couple days with a fever and feeling “meh”, and then it was done. I also take zinc, magnesium, vitamin D and K , vitamin C, and turmeric supplements every day, and while I had the COVID, I added Quercitin and NAC.
