Caught covid about 2 weeks back.

Bit of a cough, and I had to shorten my daily run to about 3 miles instead of 5 -- I just didn't have the energy to continue. That lasted about 4 days.

I've still got a bit of a cough, but it has nearly cleared.

But I did take ivm as soon as symptoms appeared, which might have had an influence.

Also I've got high levels of vitD and take vitC+Zinc.
