I had it pretty bad. The biggest improvement for me was from taking potassium citrate. Unless you're on a med that specifically affects potassium (some BP meds for example), no worries about too much. I took at least 2-3x the recommended dose on the label.

I did the other stuff, too, like zinc, C, etc.

Oh, black seed oil and/or oregano oil really does open the lungs.
