Also Phen, if you can only take one thing.. Get this shit... L-Lysine Defense Immune Support Complex 1500 MG L-Lysine Plus Olive Leaf, Garlic, Vitamin C and Zinc [ link to www.amazon.com (secure)] I guess it's that particular combination of things or something but that shit is a miracle worker. If I ever even start to feel like I'm getting sick I take this shit and it knocks it out before it can get bad. That is a decent product and lysine is a great anti viral. Someone who is at day 10 like Phenn is needs more Vit C than that though. She should be taking a couple grams 2-3x day. Problem with C is it chelates some necessary minerals and makes them unavailable. So it needs to be taken at least 2 hours before or after taking a multi-mineral supplement that is MOST crucial to those debilitated by a week plus fight with viral infection.
