I'm with the good Dr, felt it coming on hard on sunday, took ivermectin ($2.25 USD OTC here, as it should be everywhere), azythromyacin, along with my multivitamin and was good as new by wednesday.

It was still a miserable couple of days though, everything hurt and I've never sweated so much in my life. My dad got it, didn't take ivermectin and almost died, still has random bouts of tremendous sweating.
