Real peppermint is for making real peppermint candy, some on the tongue may help also. I used some that I had so, the best and more concentrated would work a lot better. A drop on the tongue starts the work and use it carefully you don't want to overdo it or waste it. Make sure it is for human consumption.
Also, Vick Salve still helps. It has been my steady friend recently. People have been getting sick recently here and yes, the chemtrails have been known to make people sick. The first time I saw them was Christmas Eve 1999 and the Chemtrails caused the lower cloud-looking cover, it was the first time I ever got really sick from a flu-like virus but much worse, my husband did not get it. He was always the one who caught the flu but I could function and have the flu and take care of him. These same types of chemtrails sent people in Kentucky into hospitals, many were children, and it was at the beginning of their putting out.

So, it is possible that it happening again, don't be surprised if these crazy people do it again.
