I found some stuff that works wonders.
It is Dr. Teals pure epsom salt soaking solution Detoxify and Energize with Ginger and Clay.
It smells delicious and really pulls the toxins out of you.
Helps with body aches and pain.
Epsom salt is the best way to get Magnesium too.
You can overdose on Magnesium if you take it orally and it can cause bad problems like psychotic type brain imbalance.
So, when you soak in the epsom salt, your skin will ONLY suck up the exact amount of Magnesium you are low on and no more.
I also cannot emphasize Frankincense Essential Oil enough.
It has been a life saver.
