So sorry to hear that, seems like it hits everybody different. I had different forms of it about 4 or 5 times in the past 2 years. The worst was probably the most recent, just because it made me feel so bizarre in ways that I've never felt. It was definitely something special. Although the one I got just before Christmas was also not pretty. The 1st covid got me around January of 2020 and I went into the emergency room to find it completely packed. Fortunately I don't have the cytokine storm effect happening, because of my medications.

Before I was on those meds and I was a dialysis patient, I remember catching the swine flu. It filled my lungs with nasty fluid and just about took me out, Tamiflu saved my life that time. I swear to you, if you can get your hands on a supply of Tamiflu, and keep it on hand... as soon as anything nasty hits you, you take a dose, and then after about 1.5 to 2 days of dosing, you already feel much better, and are on the way to recovery. It seems like it works on so many different viruses.

I always keep on hand a really good form of zinc that is bio available, ester C, and monoluarin. Those really help recovery. The number one supplement against covid is NAC, and Quercetin is also really helpful. The only thing I didn't mention is Echinacea Plus Tea by Traditional Medicinal's brand. If you drink that stuff brewed strong, with the ester C, it makes your immune system about 3 times more effective, and you feel so much better. Good stuff. I just can't use much of those things, because of being a transplant patient.
