or put it in an essential oil vapouriser and just have it in the room.
nothing loosens the crap in the lungs like eucalyptus oil.
even just put it on a cloth and breathe through it.

i had covid a month ago, wasnt bad for me. the people saying get the jab are mental, im unjabbed and i had a headache for a day with loss of taste/smell for a week or so.
the lung gel is tacky shit though alright, but eucalyptus sorted that out.
