you need to eat, your immune system needs fuel

the first time I got dengue fever was the worst, it was impossible to eat, even my favorite foods were disgusting in my mouth, I know exactly what you mean

I knew I needed to eat but chewing was just so gross

so I bought a bunch of Gerber baby foods

I didn’t have to chew it up, just put a spoonful in my mouth and swallow it down

I got those little jars of stuff I like: beef, peas, carrots and bananas

that’s how I ate for several days, it helped enormously, it was doable and it got my strength back up
