1. Obesity
2. Education (they don't score as high on the Armed Forces Qualification Test)
3. Criminal Record
4. Health Problems (an estimated 32% of America's greatest natural resource have some kind of health problem that would disqualify them)
5. Drugs
6. Other Reasons (too short, too tall, have flat feet or be the single parent of a minor child)

Lottery Procedures:

The Selective Service will first conscript men at the age of 20, then 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 19, and 18. Once all dates are paired, the dates will be sent to Selective Service System's Data Management Center.
