I work for a Government agency. Recently I noticed on our timekeeping Accruals there a NEW title called Military 1st call up and it already has time allocated to it. This is on everyone timecard now. It already has a category called Military active and just military which ws used in past for reserves allocated time and Military time but now there this third category called military 1st call up. It has 720 hrs. allocated to it. No one knows why it been added. My guess is it's for draft. The fact it already has hours allocated to it tells me they have been planning to Draft for while.
