I was patient zero, having caught COVID from a coworker just back from an Asian trip in January 2021.

I have not been sick with ANYthing since, not even a cold. And, I go everywhere now without masking. My protocol is this after returning home from any outing in public places:

- Copious amounts of hand sanitizer on the way home in the car.
- Leave outdoor shoes at the door and switch to inside-only shoes.
- Soak tissue with alcohol and stuff up both nostrils. Leave it there for a minute. Kills the virus lodged in your lower nasal passage dead.
- Gargle with Listerine. Kills the virus lingering on the roof of your mouth dead.
-Wash hands in warm soapy water

If you DO start to feel sick, use a Netipot with 1/2 teaspoon of Providone Iodine. Kills any virus in your nasal cavity dead.

Plus, Take the following preventively each day:
- Vitamin C 3000 mg
- Zinc 50 mg
- Quercertin 500 mg (buffer that helps deliver the Zinc to cells)
- Vitamin D 5000 mg

Add to that, Ivermectin horse paste 1 x per month as a prophylactic, as directed by weight. Pea sized amount. Won’t hurt you at all. Good for horsies, too.
