Let that sink in a minute!

If 13.4% of the US population represents 40% of your customers ...... Do you need to spend more advertisement money on the 13.4% or the other 86.6%

And on another note: On a scale of 1- 10 how racist is it to demand that a company spend money with a business that intends to cater to only one race.
