Nukes aren't going to scare or wake anyone up - although it would be spectacular if they would tactical nuke the 3 main obelisks in the world - LOL.
They need to - and I think they will - drop all the stock exchanges to 0 for a few days. Watch the people freak the fuck out - affecting even the people who don't have any money there as they will see their bosses/corporate leaders committing suicide and losing their jobs in the same day.
Chaos for everyone for just a couple of days. Get your popcorn ready.
