Coconut oil has anti-fungal properties. You could use virgin coconut oil, but I prefer "refined" coconut oil because it doesn't have that coconut smell. Caution: Coconut oil dissolves natural rubber and destroys condoms. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 53680640 Put some in your hand, let it get wet in the shower and rub it in. You'll feel it turned into like water softener and immediately the itching and irritation will go away as it has a high pH level and will kill any bacteria or fungus. Milk of Magnesia is slightly higher at a pH of 10.5 and works as well. I used it as a remedy for foot itch due to damp boots while hiking and when I told the pharmacist about it they said, "Wow you're pretty smart guy to think of that". excess boron will cause your SHBG to release more testosterone and estrogen into a free state, watch for side effects |

It sounds like a joke, but used properly, it somehow amplifies your skin's ability to heal itself. Probably related to the acid mantle, which is fatty acids which form a barrier and kill zone to microbes. They key is to use it while bathing. This elimiates lingering smells and burning. 0. Pamper the skin with aloe and anti-itch cream. Stop scratching. Keep it dry. You want to eliminate irritation ahead of time, because that makes it painful. 1. Wash well with soap and rinse off. 2. Spray or splash on as diluted a vinegar as won't burn. 3. Let it soak for a few minutes, not much more than five or the smell becomes hard to wash off. This seems to open the pores and pull out oils and gunk. It's especially effective on armpits. 4. Rinse off vinegar and wash well with soap again. 5. For stinking areas, repeat until vinegar no longer pulls out bad smells. I started off this way with half-dilute 5% vinegar and it burned all over. Now I spray some areas with straight 9% and nothing burns. Wounds tend to heal much more quickly. If it burns, it's because the skin is irritated or damaged. If it's healthy and intact, it doesn't burn! |

Throughout the day it will slowly work its way down your ass crack to your McNuttgets. I like this indirect method better as it works as a time release throughout the day.
