Define suffering. Most envision extremes rather than the slight imbalance that brings on discomfort and the call to reconcile with the unknowns that discomfit.

By and through that need to reconcile/understand we are indeed here to suffer.

Defining only allows you to parse semantics, as ethnic loyalty and religious dogma prevent you from empathy outside of political goals. Why talk to a moral monster from a group of moral monsters about the suffering they themselves cause?

There was a time when childbirth wasn't a painful thing

A time when there was no suffering and we lived in Joy. With open arms and open hearts we gave praise to the dawn. We lay on the earth and listened to the rythym of the Earth mother and followed her Breath. We were a part of it all.

And here we are and suffering is a part of of the way and so is ressurection as we try to find our way, as we go deeper and that place we seek is a million miles or just a breath away.

A woman standing next to me in shop other day was wearing a jacket and on the back was picture of a wilderness and the slogan "I'm not lost, I'm just having an adventure" - gold.

I'm not a fan of nature and vacuum expressions but just beyond the veils there is a feeling/place so perfectly still and blissful, words and thoughts only take you away from there but it is a place that never left us.

Yes..you are just describing the vehicle which compels us.

Suffering comes with the knowledge of something better.

Heaven is here or it is nowhere.
