It appears there are multiple frequencies that will do the job. It's a combination of a carrier wave and a secondary wave in the mghz range. You can also image it in real-time in the terahertz range.

Generally speaking, you want to avoid all yeast products (especially bread and beer) and reduce sugar where you can. Unleavened bread is fine. Complex carbs considered lower glycemic are fine.

You can't eliminate sugar completely, the body needs it. The idea is to reduce where you can so you slow replication of the fungus while you kill it off with the protocol. Technically anything that converts to glucose quickly also increases replication of the fungus quickly. This means highly processed carbs (junk food) and hfcs containing drinks.

These fungi have a glucose sensing pathway that trigger biofilm formation and pathogenesis (hyphenation) so the idea is to slow it down.

I am about 6 months into the protocol and just started using fennel oil a few weeks ago. It caused me to have diarrhea/ shitting out biofilm, bloating, non-stop gas, fatigue and minor headaches for almost two weeks.

That has passed and now I feel like I just had another breakthrough. It is almost like a tremendous feeling of mental relief, bliss and stillness. The closest analogy is if you are in a room with an old, loud air conditioner and it suddenly shuts off. That kind of relief, except mentally. I'm not sure if that was all due to the fennel oil, but I definitely should have used it sooner!
