I have nearly eliminated yeast and sugar out of my diet. How does eating mushrooms fit in? Are they to be avoided? Any other foods I should be avoiding?
Quoting: jussabitconfused The fungus we are discussing here is a specific type, called dimorphic or thermally dimorphic. It basically means that it can change shape and function from mycelium in the environment to a pathogen when it enters a human host. Generally speaking, any fungi classified as a yeast or dimorphic is bad for you. For instance, Candida Albicans or Saccharomyces (bread and brewers yeast) are bad for many reasons outlined in the pdf. Hope this helps. Quoting: MacLir Saccharomyces Boulardii is a probiotic and is very helpful against Candida and pathogenic bacteria. The microbiome is critical for health and I'm surprised you don't mention anything about that. There have been done serious research on than in the past 15 years.
