Thats not the premise of the case though. The point is they violated 6 million Canadians right to travel freely.

The bare minimum remedy should be a complete repeal of the unlawful mandates not a cheesy suspension.

I love the Canadian outdoors - beautiful country. I've always had positive experiences with Canadians. However, their government terrifies me. Turdeau can turn totalitarian on a dime - arresting whoever they want for whatever reason. I'll never step foot in Canada again for that reason.

Now, just to temper my... um, temper, I need to say I am blessed to live in Canada. We have space, resources, clean air and water, and much, much to be thankful for.

BUT any political progress we have made over the years is because of the blessing of our Father in heaven and Him using godly people to restrain evil.

Unfortunately, it really appears that the restraints have been released over the years. If ever there is a passage that defines Canada in my lifetime, it is this:

I have family members who ran to get their clotshots because they wanted to be able to travel.

They ridiculed me saying I'll never be able to travel.

I said I can wait as long as it takes, I'm never going to get the clotshot

The fact that 99% of the world dropped all border and travel requirements months ago, means Canadian officials had no valid excuse to keep the nonsense going.

They will wait a month or so - then claim that another "deadly wave" of COVID has hit and blame the unvaxxed travellers - then shut everything down again and tell the ignorant masses that it's all the unvaxxed peoples fault.
