Conscious humans using adaptations to fine tune a species of dog bares no relation to nature accidentally producing 10 million species of beings with highly refined senses and phsyiological abilities. Unless of course nature is conscious.

The current neo-darwinist evolution theory is not tenable due to these factors:

• Acquired physical traits are NOT passed down, only genes are passed down, to subsequent generations. Disproving Darwins notion that acquired traits accumulated over subsequent generations and generated different living species. There were no inheritable variations for natural selection to choose from. They re-wrote the theory to include Mutation.
• Mutation. Mutations do not add genetic information for species to ‘mutate’ into different kinds of species.
• The fossil record shows all forms of life, many of which currently exist, coming into existence almost simultaneously in the Cambrian Explosion, this is contrary evidence to a slow mutating naturally selective tree of transforming species.
• Abiogenesis has not been seen to possible for 170 years and counting.
• Minimal Gene Set concept. Evolutionists needed a beginning from 0 gene but you cannot get down to below 397 gene sets to create a functional cell. That is the minimal gene set for a living cell.
• Dembski’s 1995 Complex Specified Information theorem (CSi) shows that it is impossible for the complex genome of biological cells to have been formed by horizontal causation and a vertical cauaslity Or intelligent design Or a structure to follow, would have to be integrated into the calculation for it ever to be realised in physical nature.
• Plants and insects have symbiotic interdependent relationship for survival. In some cases this would not be able to form overtime but quite rapidly in order for the both life forms to have survived.

I wouldn't call evolution a theory, it's an observed fact ... Darwin both noticed the evolution and gave a theory, an explanation for it.

In a way it's not even clear if the Darwinian theory of evolution is a theory or is it a self evident tautology ... an person who has never heard about evolution, given he/she is intelligent enough, when it's explained to him/her, he or she realizes in a very short time that it's a self evident truth, it's gotta be that way. That's the way it happened to me when I was a little kid.

And indeed there was an important philosopher sir Karl Popper, who maintained that the Evolution is not literally a scientific theory, because you can not falsify it, and that's because it's a self evident logical tautology it just has to be true.

Selection pressure at these higher latitudes led to more intelligent humans than the ones on the equator. Some even argue we are no longer the same species.

The plasticity of genes and selection pressure both can drive meaningful adaptations to the point of new species. To say otherwise is ignorant, no matter how many big words you use to fight it.
