Tampa bay has been completely sucked out? WTH???

Well looks like we got a shorten the name to just Tampa, the bay is missing.

I was born and raised there and it does happen from time to time. It will be fine!

It was caused by a massive nuclear explosion in the deep trench off of Cuba to destroy the secret submarine base there, next to the ancient pyramids.

The storms size and how strong it is, is causing this. It's moving slow too. So it will be pulled out during low tide times. When the storm moves in all that was pushed out will be pushed in. In addition it's dumping the water from rain too. Shit aucks down there. I'm 40 miles north in Hernando County and we only had rain nearly 24 hours straight and the wind IA barely ts at the time. NY the hour ors slowly getting higher though.

Well what are the locals saying? I just got home and watched the tv at work which was CNN and FOX. More schizo weather reporting I have never heard. It was word salad that didn't match the pictures or numbers at Windy dot Com.

They would say in bold headlines hour after hour that it had sustained winds of 155 just two short of a CAT 5. Wowie, right? Then they show guys in Punta Gorda, Tampa, Fort Myers St Pete, and it's blowing a bit and raining some. The weather guys are on green screen. Then the chirons roll across the screen saying what the sustained and gusts are for each of these cities. The highest one was 58mph at Punta Gorda.

The pics did not match the blaring headlines but did match their own wind gauages which was basically a Cat 1.
What is really going on? I live in Georgia below Tybee Island and it is down right cold here now. Very odd temp drop of 20 degrees from yesterday this time.
