My impression of her is mixed because she's reiterated her support for Ukraine and Zelensky. Didn't watch the video posted about her supporting vaccine passports but that's alo bad, if true. Very glad to see an Italian nationalist in, though. We shall see, I guess.

France prints money for a bunch of African countries and, imagine that, charges them a fee for doing it. Surely those countries could print their own, if they wanted to and were capable of it. Surely France doesn't force them to accept this service.

No. The globalists hate her. That said, she supports some of their most destructive actions (proxy war in Ukraine and digital vax pass). For me - and I know next to nothing about her - her big selling point is being anti immigration and pro national sovereignty. I like that other Italian guy who was briefly on the rise (can't recall his name). I believe his party is part of her coalition. As I said, I have mixed thoughts about her. She's no Viktor Orban.
