costed the Germany taxpayers around 12 billion euros, that's more in dollars

and now all of a sudden Russia would attack this jointly project and delay the money flow for their own benefit

CLearly NS1 has been in service and was full of natural gas.

NS2? Could have been full of N2 since it was not in service yet.
