I saw another thread of several of these videos. They all do the same thing. Looks like they see something and start spinning with their arm out then collapse. Scary. Probably related to the V.

There was a video compilation from In/fo/wars but we do not know if the original videos are just picked up from previous periods or they are actually current happenings.

It could be just normal seuzures or something else.

The panic and spinning is common in humans and animals during a saizure along with paralisys etc

The person will not recollect anything afterwards. so what they see or the brain shutting down projects isnt something I've been able to read about.

Stroke? Or seizure? I've seen seizure vids wherein the victim contorts to wards one side. Probably caused by something deemed "safe and effective" by his sheep-herding minders.

The other videos were people looking over their right shoulder indicating a left hemisphere stroke.

Hmmmm, just trying to make a general observation. Seems right arm’s the one that goes up and becomes clinched. I.e.- Left side of brain is the effect.
