Actually, if y’all watched the video, you heard him call it war several times out of his own mouth. These aren’t dumb people, if they are verbally calling it war then unless they change the rules there’s no way to skirt the issue.
There are several NATO members that will not sign off on fast pacing Ukraine into NATO as a member and will have a concrete reason why.
