If you look at the situtation objectively,
Putin has, with a very small force, taken about 70% of the economy of Ukraine, and liberated the Russian ethnic population in the Donbass which was being "ethnically cleansed". And he has depleted the munitions of NATO and the US to dangerously low levels.

Resupply to Kiev has been reduced to promises of future weapons once they are built, and more buckets of money.

He has made Russia immune to the sanctions the west has imposed and indeed it is the west that is suffering massive economic problems right now.

German industry is failing without cheap natural gas and this will plunge Germany into a hard recession if not a depression.

This will strain the EU and NATO coalition, perhaps to the breaking point.

Putin has ramped up to the next level of conflict intensity, while the west and NATO have "shot their wads", so to speak.

Good question. You would think they would follow a nice arc to their destination. Maybe they are programmed to fly strange paths to make it harder to shoot them down?

I don't know.

I remember some missiles will have one flying high and the others hugging the ground. The high one scans for the target and relays info to the ones down low. The low ones are evading radar interception, and the one flying high is kind of expendable. Smart weapons.

There were no regular Russian infantry forces in Ukraine, yet, asswipe! Now that Donbass is Russia regular Russian forces MUST defend the motherland according to the Constitution.

Give it another week, brownhole, and you'll see the difference!

Not sure of the percentages. A LOT of the troops Russia has used are the Donbass Militia. But the regular Russian army has troops there as well, and some mercenaries. The musicians or whatever they are called The Wagner group I guess.
