This looks a lot like the 'artillery' attack videos I saw early on in this thing- some guy with his camera magically aimed at some old, abandoned apartment building and then out of nowhere (no other sounds of combat- explosions, shooting, alarms...), BAM, EVERY blast a direct hit on that one building- none missing- and on closer inspection there was no incoming ordinance (musta been the hyper-sonic invisible stuff those Ruskies secretly have and give to their 3rd rate mercs.?)- all the explosions are originated from within the building, with a weak attempt being made to have them appear as arty strikes-

I would posit that the Ukrainians have designated old parts of various cities as 'rebuild locations', due to need- and the shit-ton of $ we are sending is a down payment on the funds needed to do make it all happen (both the rebuilding and also the presumptive fictional portrayals of the Russian offensives that made it a necessity) WHY would they do this?
