The numbers i know of say this:

All Cause Mortality is 10% higher than normal...in Year 1 of the vaccine.

I think the major effect of the vax will turn out to be loss of fertility, miscarriages and stillbirths. If pre eclampsia is increasing in pregnant women, and high blood pressure is increasing among our army recruits, could it be due to arteries and capillaries are narrowing, becoming so due to spike proteins or their effects being the root cause of the hbp? When you are relaxed your arteries dilate and bp goes down.

I really think problems around fertility and pregnancy will prove to decimate populations that took the shot. And the testes are not immune. They get clogged too.
