Why, in all these instances, do they look up at the camera?

I’ve worked for years with a guy who has worsening and severe epilepsy, seen lots of seizures, some are weird but nothing like this, this thing where they look into the camera then fighting off something in the air circling them before death.
This is something different.

There was a local incident recently in my area where a young man, 19, drove off the road and through a business. His girlfriend was with him. She told the media that he has had 18 seizures that began last September (doesn't say anything about vax) but they all occurred in his sleep. This was the first one he had awake. Luckily no one was seriously injured. He never had them before last September. Everyone is baffled!?
