Are you saying that this sort of crime doesn't happen enough and therefore the attention given here is unwarranted or excessive?

This sort of crime seems to be occurring frequently enough to warrant bringing it to people's attention, IMO.

Perhaps with more attention this sort of crime may provoke even more people to actively stand against it, blacks hopefully included.

This sort of crime is senseless, missing the usual MO (modus operandi) of robbery, etc.
