Dumping it all seems like an extreme act. It's more likely they'd dump $300 to $600 billion.

Why?

Because it's always good to keep a little debt in major currencies. Everybody holds a little bit of everybody's debt.

If it helps the dollar increase it could be a good thing since our rising dollar is destroying every other economy. Im sure its more complicated than that though.
