There is a detention center near downtown Ft. Myers (2143 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd). If one of them flooded, it would be that one.

The only other Lee County detention center that may have had some flooding is on Cape Coral Pkwy. in Cape Coral.
However, from the videos I've seen in that section of Cape Coral, I don't think the surge was high enough to
cause drowning deaths.
